How It All Started
Pure Food Cooking Lab began with a simple observation: most people want to eat better but feel overwhelmed by complicated recipes and unclear cooking techniques. We noticed that busy professionals, parents, and young adults were spending hours scrolling through endless recipes, only to find instructions that assumed prior knowledge they didn't have.
Our founder, who spent years both in professional kitchens and working with home cooks, realized that the gap wasn't about ingredient quality or recipe complexity. The real problem was that nobody was teaching the fundamentals—the core techniques, timing strategies, and ingredient understanding that make cooking fast, intuitive, and stress-free.
So we created this course. Not as another recipe collection, but as a systematic guide to the mindset and methods that transform cooking from a chore into a skill you actually enjoy using every day.

Márta Szabó
Course Director & Lead Instructor
Márta brings 18 years of kitchen experience, from professional restaurant work to home cooking education. She specializes in breaking down complex techniques into simple, repeatable steps. Her philosophy: cooking becomes enjoyable the moment you understand the why behind each action. When not teaching, she experiments with seasonal ingredients and enjoys mentoring emerging cooking educators across Hungary.
István Kovács
Curriculum Designer & Content Lead
István structures our course framework to ensure every lesson builds logically on the last. With a background in both culinary arts and adult education, he designs learning paths that respect different learning styles and paces. He's passionate about creating content that transforms hesitant cooks into confident ones. István is based in Pécs and loves testing recipes in his own kitchen.
Éva Molnár
Community Manager & Student Support
Éva ensures that every student feels supported throughout their learning journey. She manages our community platform, answers questions, and collects feedback to continuously improve the course. With experience in customer education and a genuine love for helping people discover their cooking potential, Éva creates the welcoming environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and sharing progress.
